The history of development of the plant started at the end of the 19th century, its construction is constantly developing. For many decades these plants were produced in the former USSR only at our plant and proved their good operation all over the USSR and its former partners. The plants, produced 30-40 years ago are still working. They also have high competitiveness in 3 most important parameters: low cost, simplicity and reliability in exploitation, high quality of beeswax bases for honeycomb.

The plant consists of:

Duplex beeswax band extruding, rolling and coiling machine (AIV-100 è AIV-50)
Band roll-embossing, cutting and products stacking machine
Beeswax melting tank
Beeswax cleaning tank
Preparatory tank

Nowadays the Company produces 2 types of Duplex band extruding, rolling and coiling machine: AIV-100 è AIV-50, which differ in their efficiency.

Beeswax melting tank can be produced according to individual order. The plant can be produced both with steam and electric heating.
